Very cool.  I’d like to see a catalog from the early seventies, when I actually shopped at Radio Shack.  I think I only bought one component from them, my first separate FM tuner

My Dad bought me my first stereo, from Radio Shack.  He had to "put it on layaway", and then pay a little each week.  Lived in Baltimore, both parents worked, 5 kids, in a rented 3 story row house.  Fond fond memories.  

I actually worked as a Store Manager for Radio Shack in the early 70's. At the time it was called Allied Radio Shack.
