Another great gone, this time its Charlie Watts

I used to get heat from my bandmates for appreciating Charlie Watts so much. He just wasn't fast enough! He just wasn't fancy enough! To my ears, though, he was a key component in lending the Stones their singular compelling aura of laid-back menace.

I loved seeing that perpetual smirk on Charlie's face. He was so into his groove that nothing else mattered.
RIP.

Way too young and so sad RIP Charlie.

Charlie was so cool he's the only one who let his hair go grey. So unaffected by the glam of the Stones.

Charlie RIP, a true rock &roll pioneer.
