B&W 803 d3. Is a 16 x 12 size room ok for this spkr?

Kinda like this speaker. Amp size is fine and trying to assess if room size is ok too.

Maybe 803 is too large and will be limited in reaching a discernible improvement, although maybe not? A quandary.

Your room volume (ceiling height) and open doorways also has to be considered. Nice speakers. A friend of mine has them and loves them.
