Best CD Sleeve

What is the best CD sleeve or storage medium you had used ?

By that I mean something that is space saving and do not scratch.

If I buy a digipak (cardboard sleeve) cd I generally put the cd in a slimline case and the packaging in a polyethylene sleeve (no flap). It takes up about the same shelf space as a jewel case.

It would be nice to have a collection in a uniform size. Or at least that's my opinion..
