There are not many ''retippers'' who do ''stylus only retip''. The best in my opinion is ''Expert stylus'' in UK. Alas they left the Union so one need to pay their VAT and your own import duty. Much more easy is the ''whole retip'' with cantilever included . But this is more expensive. I would never again do this ''whole retip'' . Certainly not with my ''exotic'' cantilevers.
