Is Melos Audio Restoration out of business?

I have been trying to contact them but the phone is disconnected and e-mails are going unanswered.
Their website is still functional, but they are unresponsive.

Anyone have any news?

We changed the Motoral IC for the automatic bias control and the amplifier swings now. Hard to fix that without schematic. May there is some one in the scene can help me.
