This statement is laughable. The entire world, and most of Canada thinks of this guy as a clown, which he is. All show, no substance. His always SAYS the right thing, but DOES absolutely nothing.

You do not understand that Canada is a Democracy and any country
that has a choice of two is not . In a Democracy the boss can do something today and get changed the next week .
