Music Playback

Hello Group, I am trying to figure out the best way to get quality sound and the best sound from different sources to my preamp. I have the following: Cell phone {2 choices}with 3.5 MM to rca inputs on preamp or USB C connection to USB input on preamp,or External Hard drive to USB input on Preamp and finally USB thumb drive to USB input on preamp.All devices have Flac files.Thanks already to YogiBoy and Petg60.There are so many choices these days and hoping to find someone with experience on this subject.Thanks
