My wife passed yesterday

I just wanted to share with my Audiogon brothers that my wife of 20 years passed on 10/25/14 from a heart attack. She loved good audio and good music and she supported me in my hobby at every turn. I haven't been able to listen to any music since her death, but I hope I will find comfort in it going forward. She never at any time criticized me for spending so much on audio and she always thought I should have what I liked. She was a rare individual and she will be missed by many people.

So sorry for your loss. I hope that you can take the time in your grief to smile as you remember the beautiful moments you were able to share in your time together.

May God be with you in this time of sorrow. Your post made me think of my wife and how understanding she has been through the years.

I know you will miss her, but just know that your wife would want you to continue to enjoy what you are pasionate about. Here's hoping you find some solace in your music in the short term.

Charyo ... I lost my wife 11 years ago to ovarian cancer. We were married for almost 20 years. I mention this only to let you know that I get on a personal level what you are going through.

I wish there were smart words to say at a time like this but there are none. Just know that you have my deepest sympathies and are in my prayers for comfort.
