I am a big Neil fan as well, but the SQ had nothing to do with his request to have his music removed from Spotify. He wanted Joe Rogan's misinformation about vaccinations removed, and apparently it has been done, but Neil is gone from there anyway and like he say "once you're gone, you can't come back, when you're out of the blue and into the black".

From my understanding, Pono failed because the SQ was too good (files were too large) so the big boys never agreed to carry the files,

There was no “misinformation “. That’s mediaspeak for “ something we don’t agree with”. It’s a different opinion and if someone is too weak to form their own opinion without intervention then they won’t make it in this world unless someone tells them what to think.

Misinformation is another buzz word. Like social construct. Means nothing.

If there was no misinformation, then why were those podcasts removed and Rogan allowed to stay? Rogan also gave advice himself, which he is not qualified to do. Doctors should be giving it to their patients. Everything else is noise.

Well, doctors, and Neil Young. And except Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA technology.

I only trust my doctor. He knows me best. Some people shouldn’t get the vaccine. I’d like to know if I am one if them. The most credible talking heads tell anyone questioning if the should get the vaccine to talk to their doctor.

How can anyone possibly argue with that? Unless you yourself are a self-treating one that is.

This one’s easy to answer. It’s censorship plain as the nose on your face. Spotify was trying to appease the cancel mob. People should have access to ALL the information and make their own decisions.

Anyone who is ok with this type of behavior should take note. Today it’s something you approve of being censored, tomorrow it won’t be…

This is more serious than what stereo equipment to buy.

Doctors with the “wrong” opinion have been silenced for two years. So this is not exclusive to podcast hosts.

So you don't trust your own doctor? Sad. Time to find a new one. Unless you are among the sorry group that have no doctor (setting said the under 30 crowd who may not have one, who are not as seriously affected by the virus, although the ones that are very overweight or have preexisting conditions can be).

Obviously with a few crackpots on Joe Rogan giving out universal advice and some others they haven't been silenced. There are no right or wrong opinions. Only facts and lies.

It is like in audio where most people mistook the marketting engineering publicities measures with real acoustic experience...

The publicity is not even wrong , it is an half truth...A lie by omission to sell the gear....

Because the acoustic experience cannot be reduced to a limited choices of engineering "truths".....

How many doctors can separate the pharma propaganda from scientific medical true concrete individual experience and "art" and are enough strong in themselves to do so?

The big pharma want to replace human experience and relation with A.I. system expert at the end and subordinate human to abstract protocol... .... I am not against the value of using tech , i am against technological tyranny and the erasing of human relations in the medical field...And this problem in the medical field is only a small part of the universal control by corporations anyway....

In audio it is very easy to spot the "illusion" coming with the programmation of the consumers mind.... Suffice to experiment with acoustic versus upgrading an amplifier or any other piece of gear to know the difference...

In medecine also it is easy to spot pharma tyranny .....Save for ostrich and programmed consumers....

My hobby was never an upgrade journey, it was an acoustic initiation among other things...

Ignorance is most of the time a voluntary act....Because the cost of the opposite is too much higher or time consuming ....

By the way calling one of the most known scientist in america, a "crackpot" say a lot about you.... Read about doctor McCullough.... Right or wrong, he is not and never was a crackpot...

You bought that reading his wikipedia article falsehood about "misinformation", forgetting about all his worldwide scientific reputation and career because some PAID fact cheker of wiki said so?

How do you call Dr. Fauci compared to him who is a real doctor and scientist in many fields which included covid treatment who are  famous worldwide, Fauci who NEVER adress concretely in practice ANY covid patient in all the last 2 years because he was a doctor only by name, i am curious? You dont know about remdesivir protocol used by Fauci  i suppose?
