Nordost Pulsar Points -Anybody Tried Them?

I have read up a bit on these. Anybody tried them, and if yes on which component, the preamp or CD player? Are the sonic improvements noticeable? Anybody tried them on Krell players? The manual of the Krell does not encourage the usage of tweaks on their equipment, suggesting that they do not work on their players.

Thanks in advance.

I use them under amps...they tighten up the sound and I could hear it...under digital I use DH cones.

i use them under my pre-amp and the power supply for my pre-amp. you will be amazed at what they will do. the come in packages of four but when i talked to nordost directly the said to use only 3 unless you were putting them under something very heavy
Just received 2 sets of pulsar points bought here. Little surprised as the cone protrusion of the base and recess of the top cylinder is different between the two sets.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I find these to bring subtle but noticeable improvements. There was less smearing of notes which helped improve focus and refinement. Certainly not day and night difference but it's there. I had them under both CD player and tube preamp. At times I have to take them out and put them back under the components, and then take them out again -just to make sure they are doing something. I can't hear any difference when they were under the power amp.
They were said to be better than Rollerblocks when reviewed in Ultimate Audio. Nordost has a new version(Quasar Points) where the top half looks like a thimble and is supposed to be better.
