? on Pioneer CD players from the past, anyone still using one of these

PIONEER ELITE DV-79AVI and the PD-65 were good players for me when I had them.  Anyone still using them?  If so, how have they aged sonically?  I am sorry that I am asking about some old items, but in putting together a 2nd system I am re-thinking some items I have had in the past.  Like the Magnum Dynalab 208 receiver.  Thanks for your tolerance....and laughter.

Thank You! for the quick reply to my query. I own another Elite spinner (59-AVi) that has a 2-prong IEC OEM cord. I did not know if these cord(s) are interchangeable?

Or, another other Pioneer/Pioneer Elite PC for that matter.

Still have my Elitte PD-65. Still sounds gorgeous:)

Maybe 4 years ago my PD 65 died after many years of use as a transport. Optical pickup no longer made. My current spinner is a Audiolab 6000CDT transport. I already have my eye on a Shanling (top loader) which is current tech ~ $800 HTH
