putting ribbons in ribbon tweeters

now that i have a fresh set of ribbons for my decc tweeters, should I go ahead and put them in, or should i get my tech to do it because they are so fragile i will probably mess it up? Anyone try this and have an impression about how easy it is to get right?

I have done it with Aurum Cantus ribbon tweeters, the all aluminum material is very fragile, if you haven't done it once, you will need a spare pair for the possibility of destroying at least one in the learning process.
