revel ultima sub -15 vs velodyne DD-15

im planning on buying either a revel ultima sub 15 or a velodyne dd 15. please advice which is a better sub for home theater experience and also for 2 channel listening.

is the dd series superior to revel ultima?

my vote is that you shouldn't sweat the difference. Either will do well. Buy whichever is a better deal, matches the decor, etc. One sub is not going to "blow you away", or be superior, IMO. deal with setup, and get great sound. Good luck
