I have an outstanding order of >35 days with them, and cannot reach them via phone or email. There phone is a constant busy signal? 3 emails have not been replied to? Thanks

Or maybe I have no order to really cancel at all? This is too bad, Red Trumpet was a great source and they are very nice people. I wish them well.
