Tekton Double Impacts

Anybody out there heard these??

I have dedicated audio room 14.5x20.5x9 ft.  Currently have Marantz Reference CD/Intergrated paired to Magnepan 1.7's with REL T-7 subs.  For the vast majority of music I love this system.  The only nit pick is that it is lacking/limited in covering say below 35 hz or so.  For the first time actually buzzed the panel with an organ sacd. Bummer.  Thought of upgrading subs to rythmicks but then I will need to high pass the 1.7's.  Really don't want to deal with that approach.

Enter the Double Impacts.  Many interesting things here.  Would certainly have a different set of strengths here.  Dynamics, claimed bottom octave coverage in one package, suspect a good match to current electronics.

I've read all the threads here so we do not need to rehash that.  Just wondering if others out there have FIRST HAND experience with these or other Tekton speakers

Thanks.

"When I spoke to Eric he said maybe a foot from the front and side walls, and said that he wouldn't make a claim that any more distance would do much good. "
That re-enforces what Eric told me. Since I have the Ulfs on order, I'm hoping Eric is correct about his product placement. The DIs certainly seem to work well where I have them. Which is close to the wall and about a foot from a bass trapped corner. Especially the sound stage. When evolvist was here, the staging was strong enough where he actually got out of the chair and put his ear to my center channel to be sure it wasn't on. I assured him I wasn't cheating!
stfoth,

You are correct this is a tough crowd but it's all about constructive criticism and helping each other build the best system for each individuals tastes.

And you are correct that many of us are space compromised and do try our best within those limitations.

But jefferey's setup breaks many rules in the "Audiophile setup manual"
in my personal opinion and obviously others as well.
