Well after 20 years I let my kids make a fort out of my Thiel 2.4 boxes… looks like I will be taking a pair of 2.4s to the grave lol. They have lived in a second system for awhile now.

Those with 3.6 speakers what size room do you guys have them in. I moved mine from a 25x18 ft room to a 14x14 foot room and their bass response is far better note that I have vaulted room ceiling that are 16 feet tall.

Note in the larger room the bass was extremely weak

Judging by the size of 3.6 speaker, it appears to fit better in a 14x14, 15x15 room for best results. Model CS6 or CS 7.2 would perform better in a 25x18 room. A larger footprint requires a larger space to stretch out.
