Up grade speaker cross over

My tweeter is a Vifa 1" silk and I would like to have more "highs" extension.  Would it be a good idea to up grade only the tweeter crossover components, or/and change the internal wire for the tweeter only ?The mid and bass are ok for me.  But I do not want to have any aggressivness, but an easy listening without fatigue.
