Used TG Audio power cords
TG has been around now for over twenty years so cords pop up on Audiogon from time to time. FWIW I changed the wire over ten years ago from a straight lay to a twisted lay and the early cords cannot be updated to the latest level. I was sent a cord last week for update to the 688 version by a guy who purchased a cord used and who was told it was an HSR-A and it turned out to be a PC-2 cord that had been pretty well butchered. Been playing with it now for an hour and a half and will mark these bastard cords "by TG" in lieu of "688 by TG" so these won't be mistaken for any of the HSR series......With over 7,000 cords out there this is going to happen from time to time, so make sure the cord has a sticker someplace that says HSR someplace. Oh, the earlier wire and latest connectors make one heck of a cord used on low draw devices such as digital gear or IC based preamps. Any questions feel free to contact me.....
