VTL are not support their products at all even only 20 years old amps, I try to get the parts from them, but they said they are not supply any things because the amps are too old. So, don't even think try to keep it for antique.  

While for Mcintosh or Audio Research even any stuff around 50 years old they are still very happy to help you with upgrade or any parts you need 

Consider this a blessing in disguise that you don't have to deal with VTL. What a nightmare.

You can try Bill Thalmann at Music Technology in northern virginia. But last year he was pretty backed up too.

This is surprising VTL will not support their older equipment. I really was hoping VTL could add biasing features to one of their older amps. There are a couple outfits here in Oregon catering to high end repair.
