What is A.R.T? I have to say this is a little too much for me.

The equipment covers are already connected to ground, so if EMI hits the components, the covers are grounded to absorb the EMI, so I am not sure how A.R.T would help anymore. 

I would hope my $20k+ whatever, doesn't need something as this:
