Mine is Annie Lennox "Nostalgia". Not only is she one of the greatest female voices ever, she knows how to make a song her own.

Walter Trout does a great obscure blues cover album called "Survivor Blues" and Neal Morse and his band latest called Cov3r to Cov3r. My favorite albums covers are Molly Hatchets self titled LP with the Frazetta's Death Dealer artwork and Nazareth Hair of the Dog LP.
