Aurender Conductor App

Is anyone else having a problem with this app? I can't seem to connect, I reached out for support but haven't heard back.

My n100h has been operating flawlessly since I've had it, maybe 6 months. I control it with an android phone. Now the IP address shows up as not valid. I've deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times to no avail. I have gotten emails from Ari and am hoping to correspond with him on tuesday after the holiday.

Switch off your router, switch back on after 10-15s. Go to settings in app, click Aurender at the top and ADD Aurender. Exaclty as you did when you first got it. I believe something has changed with your internet/IP address.
