Which Pure Audio Project Trio 15?

I'm considering a pair of the Pure Audio Project Trio 15's, but i'm unsure which centre driver i should choose. The Voxativ AC-X is above my pay grade, so that's out of the question.

I'm running a Gryphon Diablo 250w, streaming from an Auralic Aries S1 + PSU into a Holo May KTE.

I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on what you've heard, or are using.

I’ve got the Horn1 version and love the sound, but I am running them with a 4.3W 2A3 tube amp. Its the only PAP speaker I’ve ever heard so have no comparisons. I’d love to hear other different center drivers myself, tho unlikely opportunity. My system is listed on this site.

@rockadanny, I'm leaning towards the Horn1. I've read a few posts on different threads of people going from the Voxativ to the Horn1.

I’ve heard the Quintet 15 with the horn, the trio 15 with the coaxial driver, the Trio 10 with the AMT driver and the Duet 15 with the Voxativ full range driver.  The all sounded good.  A young listener who has heard and helped assemble some very high end systems thought that the Voxativ driver had a little bit of a raspy sound that is common to such drivers.  I agree, but, I did not find it objectionable considering how much I appreciated its lively sound.

I have the Horn1 and love the sound, Smooooth..

Wouldn't change it for anything..
