Any suggestions for a USB 2.0 PCI card?

Looking for a great-sounding /low-noise alternative to the built in motherboard ports on my desktop. Has anybody found one that is particular good for audio?

Well worth it. I know all about the SOtM card but it's not in my future plans right now. I'm considering the Audiophilleo 2 with Pure Power option first. I currently use the Stello U3 with AQVOX power.
