Interaural Crosstalk And Loudspeaker Setup why is this a concern ? try a headphones i suppose. Humans have evolved to hear from both ears at the same time thats how we localise things. you may just make it worce. we can tell distance, angle to sound, etc from the different time the audio ...

Echoey walls and dust mites I would not imagine dust mites could live in most acoustic treatments as they are manmade products. I take antihistamines every day for my allergies, so I feel your pain.
DAC question - is music streamer DAC better than mcintosh DA2? It was better then a few streamers i've had, including an Aurender A10. Mines in a C2700. took a much more expemcive DAC to outprefomr it. I'd say 4$k and up to get better. not different as many are just that.
Time for a new cartridge I took me some time to find a cart i liked as much as my VDH. There is something about the VDH stylus profile that’s special IMO. I've had mine rebuilt at VDH twice now. But i found a lightly used Sumiko Pear wood celebration 2 that fills in quite...

Dedicated CD Transport vs DAC Assuming you mean a CD player and not "quality dedicated CD Transport " as Transports do not have much of a sound on their own as they do not have a DAC in them. From my experience if the Transport is decent enough not to put errors or other an...
Rogue Cronus Magnum III Shrieking. Tubes,Cap are my first look. but I had a similar situation in my new place when the router (Wi-Fi included) for my internet provider was installed just close to my Tube preamp. Moving it away from the preamp solved the issue, but it shows how susc...
Open baffle speakers I moved to OB's last year with zero regret. bass is fast dynamic and deep enough for me. each of my speakers has a 18" sub bass, 15" mid bass, 8" mid, 1.5" tweeters and a tinny supper tweeter. I get bass in room down to 25-30hz, properly set up o...
Integrated Tube Amp approx. $2,500 Few people recommending the Willsenton R8, I think its a good amp but not for Klipsch speakers. The Cornwall’s are too efficient for the R8 IMO. You’ll have very little volume range and the remote is too sensitive and is basically useless for the ...
Vintage acrylic turntable dust cover - (Cost Effective) service to create Exact mold copy? I don't think anyone even the manufacturers actually mold the whole cover as one piece, its generaly put together from parts/sheets of acylic etc. There are companies out there who can and do make copies though. |
