Andy Kim Needle Clinic


I had an issue with my Sumiko EVO3 cartridge and sent it plus my Sumiko Blue Point cartridge to Andy Kim at the Needle Clinic.

I have to say his customer service is better than most and turn around was fast! Both cartridges now sound better than new. The upgrades that he performed are better than I expected by a long shot.

Andy repaired my ZU/Denon DL 103 cartridge.  I sent it to him on a Friday from New England and received it back repaired in exactly one week on the following Friday.  His price was much less than Soundsmith and repair time was 6 weeks shorter.  I will use Andy for all my cartridge repairs going forward.  I am happy someone on Audio Asylum told me about him.
