Any issue with 2 different lengths of IC to 2 subs

I have my equipment located much closer to the right sub than the left sub. Any issue with running a longer interconnect to the sub further away? Eventually I will purchase identical IC's for the two, but I have no idea what that future room/setup will be like.....
