MFA was prior to Bruce being on his own.
Looks like the two are very similar in scope.
Are Bruce Moore "Companion" and MFA "Magus" similar products?
Hello friends, I don't have the wiring diagrams and I don't have the possibility to compare them live but I ask you: are the Bruce Moore "Companion" and MFA "Magus" preamplifiers similar products?
The Magus also has a phono stage, so I'm referring to the line stage.
Both designed by Bruce Moore, both based on a pair of ECC88 tubes.
Have any of you ever had the chance to compare them, both in sound and in electrical diagram?
Also, which of the 2 was made before and which after? Did the Bruce Moore solo experience come before or after the MFA experience?
