Tubes can take 2-300 hours to fully settle in as well as coupling capacitor 
50 hours not possible 

Don't forget the brain. It also has a 'burn in period' when using new gear.

@geoffkait , that seems like lead substance of high temperature had traveled through brain and fried it. guns no good.

I've heard self-performed lobotomies beat brain burn-in, and work better than hi-temp lead or guns....
