Another vote for John and Nick at Audio Connection, truely what a Hi-End store and staff should be, John and I keep in touch every few weeks or so, he is great to talk to about anything, and with audio he knows his business.

Eugene Hi-Fi In Oregon. Dale is easy to get a hold of. Always talks to me with respect (not so with a lot of other Audio store owners). Very honest IMO. Looks out for his customers. I have dealt with him before and will again although we have never met.

manufacturers who sell direct are generally more cooperative than most retailers.

i can't identify a particular manufacturer, as there are many who are a pleasure to relate to.
