contact info for Aesthetix?? HELP

My Aesthetix IO phono stage blew up 2 weeks ago and I can't find any contact info for them to see about a repair. I tried the distributor, Musical Surroundings, and they said they would get in touch with them but I have not heard back in over a week. My owners manual is a preliminary copy and has no address. A web search yeilds no results. HELP!!! I am being forced to listen to CDs.
