jayrossi: Thank you.........I had bookmarked that link months ago! Twas a Stereophile reviewer who recommended them! I have yet to get to room treatment, so in the short term, I may simply employ these (or something similar) and see (hear) what happens. Cheers, MC BTW: Add my name to the list of admirers of your system!
@jayrossi13 , are you using these on Cornwall IVs? I thought Klipsch recommends keeping a full flat surface on the speakers. If you like them, regardless, I may try them.
I used Subdude giant subwoofer isolation pads on my Forte IIIs. They are too small for the Cornwall IVs. I loved them, and wish I could find them in a larger size.
@michaelc2020 I also heard about these isolation pads through Stereophile, I believe it was for the Volti Razz review. Thank you for the compliment on the system, I'm trying to keep it simple.
@jbhiller I was using these with CW IV. I actually struggled with the CW IV placement to the point of almost giving up. These isolation pads really helped me and were a great low cost solution.
I also have a more expensive Townshend seismic bar solution; more effective but also way more expensive.
Gentlemen! I have succeeded in exhausting my little brain, what from too much thinking. So-I have pulled the trigger, put the pedal to the metal and made a decision! I have ordered some BXI Anti-vibration pads! Great reviews/cheap price.........what's not to like?! BTW: I am happy with the sound quality-I am curious to find out how much (if any) difference may result regarding shaking the house. :-) We shall see.......stay tuned.........and again-thank you ALL.
