Naperaudio and Fleschler, Thank you for your support. After years of dealing with the public I developed both a thick skin and head. Most I dealt with, 98% or something were fine people. There was always a certain element of madness out there though. Some were only rude. A few were really in need of help. That's just life in the big city. It has its charms. |

dmid, Insurance not working anymore. UPS pay rate per claim is microscopic compared to the number of claims submitted. What they do most frequently is opening claim on your behalf and closing with no pay without you even knowing that. Insurance is just another several bucks you're just going to loose without any possible return. The best way to deal with UPS is alternate companies. |
