Know any high-quality 12 VDC audio systems?

I'm interested in installing an audiophile 12VDC stereo system for my trailer--CD/Preamp/Amp. It can be separates, integrated or all-in-one.. I'm looking for something better than a standard car audio.

If I can't find it then I guess I'll give up and use 120VAC from an inverter.  Any ideas?
