matching impedances

I have an ss amp with an input sensitivity of 47K(1000mv)and I'm considering this tube preamp which has an output impedance of 600 ohms according to the owner. Is this a good match?

If the amp has both balanced (XLR) and RCA inputs, you may want to be sure the input impedence of both are at least 6k (12k is better) if you plan to potentially use either one down the road.
