New rack or power conditioner

Hello, new to this forum. I am a long time looker however. I am in the market to up grade my rack, which is a 15 yr. old home built 1 1/2" mdf shelves and 3/4" allthread supports, and a Tice power conditioner. I only have funds for one item and was woundering what is the most important, the rack or power cond.

Well I decided to go with the Stillpoint Ultra Mini footers and build a new rack.

For the money- without doubt a power conditioner. You can experiment with improvements to your rack when you can hear what your present system can really do.

Try a PS Audio P10 before settling with Synergistic.

Woodworker501, very curious what your thoughts are using the Ultra Minis? I am thinking about buying some to try out as well.
