i have an art9 and recently added a cadenza blue. the blue sounds better, warm and smooth but more midrange clarity than the 9, also much more dynamic. i compare them regularily because i still have the 9.
if the bronze is warmer than the blue i wouldnt want it.
Same observation here. I too prefer the Cadenza Blue to an ART-9 for better clarity, quietness and bigger dynamics. The Blue has to be loaded above 200 ohms to get it to sound neutral and quick. At the typical 100 ohms setting it sounds slow and thick. Ortofon also recommends the loading at 220 ohms for the blue.
I also do not want the Bronze because it is still warmer than the Blue. Someday I want to hear the Black.
