Purist Audio - Maximus Interconnects & Jumpers

There should be a band around the Purist cable indicating the name, serial number and possibly the revision. That band should go toward the source.

Maximus is rather old but a very beautiful and musical presentation. It will require a few days to settle, especially if it was shipped.

Many thanks, Albert. Does PAD provide refill service? As my Linn Ikemi is not heavy, I would rather to choose lighter refill for my Maximus if I can. By the way, would it cost much?

If your Maximus cable is Rev A or Rev B it should have arrows pointing in the direction of signal flow. If it's the oldest version it might have a small star at the source end.

In any case it would be on the band surrounding the cable as mentioned in my first post.

Purist will inspect it for you at no charge. It might be possible to upgrade the fill with Ferox which is a newer technology.
