Just watched the Netflix Miles Davis Birth of the Cool documentary.  I'm not really a Miles Davis fan as but I will say I'm more of one today than yesterday.  Great soundtrack.

Big Davis fan here, as a Jazz player.  No so much as a Trumpet player.  Armstrong, Marsalis, Edison and Eldridge are my favorites.

Maybe he played muted trumpet just a little too much.
