Ukraine is a very corrupt country, war or not. Most of you guys know nothing about that place, do you ? Or about Russia, for that matter, which is also a very corrupt country.

Anyway, I heard that at least registered mail from Ukraine works so far. I say so far because they are losing the war and might lose the country soon enough.

Yes, under the Soviet style system, Ukraine was quite corrupt. It would be naive to think that today all corruption has vanished. But they are trying. And they are succeeding, albeit slowly. You can't turn it around overnight. It's a big ship to steer.

So, yes. Some of us do know a bit about both countries and are not looking at it in black and white. There is always grey.
