Can’t believe this, but have been contemplating either a Soundsmith Zephyr MIMC Star ES, or a Hana ML MC cart to get a low output cart into my ‘fold’. Decided on an open box demo MIMC from HIFIHeaven for $1,275, regularly $1,999. Talked to them about it yesterday and ordered it.
Had ordered something else from them, got a shipping notification, but called to clarify when the MIMC would ship out. Seems, after checking their stock, didn’t actually have an open box left, even though it was on their site, so are awaiting a new shipment from Soundsmith next week. And, will honor the demo price for a brand new one, and ship it out when they get it in.
Those guys are screwy, but I must say, they stand by what was ordered, and willing to make things right. Not a bad deal 😉 I’ll be patient for a $700 savings.
