Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1

Recently purchased a Pickering XSV/4000 on eBay.  Seller advertised as installed on TT of a friend and barley used.  Was able to negotiate price down a bit so took a  chance and purchased.

Since I am not trained in looking at the stylus for wear, I sent to an eBay re-tipper who was highly recommended on AudioKarma.  I wanted him to take a look and to have him re-tip if needed.  He told me it was in great shape and installed on a new Technics head shell. He attached to his Technics and said it sounded fantastic.

Just received back from him today and am ecstatic with the results.   Very pleased that it worked out so well.    An early present for me!
