Can anyone please inform me whether I can use an adapter that converts 807 top to 6l6 tube Bottom but Instead of putting an 807 tube on top use a 1625 tube on top to 6l6 bottom. Is this feasible? Your help would be greatly appreciated
In addition to pinout differences the 1625 requires a filament voltage of 12.6, while the other two tubes operate at 6.3 volts. So I would expect the answer to your question to be "no."
