Yes. I have the Calypso and Wright 200 tubed phone pre-amp -for about half the budget of $10K you will get phenomenal sound. Unless, of course, you are running it fully balanced.
Aesthetix Janus Signature vs Rhea/Calypso
I am starting my search of preamp vs linestage and phono stage. My budget is under $10k new. Anyone here have comments on the comparison of a Janus signature ($10K) compared to the combination of the standard calypso and rhea ($8.5K but need interconnect and extra power cable)? Other recommendation?
