Apogee Diva Repair

I have had a pair of Apogee Divas in storage for 10 years. At the time of storage they worked just fine but I am certain that the ribbons may need replacement. There is a person in Nevada but have been informed "reconditioning" speakersmay cost in the vicinity of $9500. Plus shipping these speakers can be expensive. Seeing as the ribbons are the "weak sister", I am just interested in having these replaced. Is there anyone in the southeast that might be qualified to do this job at a more "reasonable price". Love the speakers but-----
