Asr emitter 2 version 2007 and emitter 2 exclusive 2008

Hi all I'm using the Asr emitter 2 version blue SE 2007 (3 boxes total)and thinking to upgrade to 2008 exclusive version (4 boxes) anyone could tell me if it'll make any difference? I know it is gonna be better but could anyone tell me how better and buy how much?
