Atlanta-area techie to help with Jay's Audio CDT-3MkII transport

I would be grateful if any of you might be able to put me in touch with someone in the Atlanta area to help me get my Jay’s Audio CDT3-MKII transport up and running again. My handyman/electrician was unable to get it to read discs even after installing both the repaired laser module and a new one which I ordered. I am not a techie and could not possibly do this by myself.
