B&W Matrix 803 wire termination for tweeter

I have just replaced the plinths supporting my tweeters on my B&W Matrix 803 series 2 speakers.  The wiring from the speaker to insert into the tweeter has a broken terminal.  How can I replace this terminal?  It looks like a terminal that would be used in automotive wiring but I do not know how to obtain the proper replacement.  It appears to be crimped on and has a blunt, rounded end that fits inside a receptacle on the tweeter.  It looks like I can remove the terminal by uncrimping it and inserting a new terminal in its place without the need for soldering.  However, I may be wrong.  I do not know how to attach photos to this message or I  would do so.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.
