Best Processor for Marantz MA-700 5 channel ?

I have 5 Marantz MA-700 monoblock amplifiers, Paradigm studio 40 (front), sutudio 20 (rear), and Rel Strata III Sub. I'm looking for a processor for both music and HT about $1,200 (new or used). What Processors are recommended?
